Staff made it a memorable stay

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and nearby dining. I enjoyed a refreshing swimming session in the rooftop pool, perfect after a long day of exploring. The breakfast offered a good variety, where I particularly loved the fresh fruits.

However, the room I stayed in felt cramped and had a musty smell. The air conditioning unit struggled to cool the space efficiently, making for uncomfortable nights. Additionally, the service at check-in could have been warmer. a better greeting would have started things off on a positive note.

Additionally, the cleanliness left much to be desired. there were dust and debris in various corners, and the bathroom seemed outdated. Unsurprisingly, the front desk staff didn’t provide the warmth and professionalism one would hope for.

Plus, the complimentary breakfast gave me a hearty start every morning, even if it was a bit simple. The bed was comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was impressive. It was just a short walk to places like the Jungceylon Night Market and Bangla Walking Street, enhancing my visit immensely.

I enjoyed the comfortable room with helpful reception staff during my one-night stay. The breakfast options were delightful, offering a nice start to my day. Perfectly located near shopping and just a short walk to the beach! For future guests, don't miss the rooftop for some downtime.

The hotel was great for our large family with 5 teens and 2 kids. We appreciated the spacious rooms, and the pool was a hit with the kids, especially after long days exploring Patong. Breakfast had delightful options to start our mornings well.

My wife says that the air conditioning was somewhat weak in our room.
